27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Romans 8:38-39
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord

Anger can be a healthy emotion if acknowledged properly and dealt with in the correct ways. It is like the "check engine" light of a car and can help us experience and cope with negative or harmful feelings or emotions. How we react to those feelings is what can turn into sin.
Psalm 4:4-In your anger, do not sin; When you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.

As a person who experienced anger and improper channeling,I found the best way to overcome the negative results of anger is to pause before reacting. To take about 5 seconds or 5 deep breaths for my mind to determine the threat and respond properly,

Proverbs 29:11- Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.
Proverbs 14:29- -Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.

Sometimes it's just about knowing what causes our anxiety or stressors and avoiding them temporarily until we can mentally prepare for them. Then learning how to approach situations can help alleviate causes or responses. Anxiety can build pressure even before a certain task we don't like or person we find difficult to relate to. It can be our own anxiety or stress that can elevate emotions not originally intended. Then Pray for God to guide you in peace with the situation and give you wisdom.
